The declaration or certification of conformity is the way to confirm the safety of the above-mentioned goods. For some types of children's clothing, a certificate of state registration shall be issued before registering a declaration.
These conditions are necessary for the importation and sale of products on the territory of the EA Customs Union.
The term for declaring clothes is 1-2 weeks, depending on the quantity of products, availability of the sampling certificate and other factors.

At the request of the applicant, the mandatory declaration may be replaced by the mandatory certification of clothing
The state registration may take from 15 to 60 calendar days.
In addition to the declaration of conformity, some goods shall have a certificate of state registration:

There are several declaring procedures. 1d and 3d procedures are for mass-produced goods, 2d procedure is for a batch of products.
Documents required for the mass-produced goods; 1d and 3d procedures (Russian manufacturer):
Tax and State Registration Certificates, statistics codes, bank details;
Technical specifications or GOST on the production technology;
Lease or property (production) agreement;
Product ID;
A label layout.
Documents required for the mass-produced goods; 1d and 3d procedures (foreign manufacturer):
Tax and State Registration Certificates, statistics codes, bank details;
Name and legal address of the manufacturer;
A Sale Contract (all pages) or a contract of the manufacturer's authorized person;
Product ID;
A label layout.
Documents required for the batch of goods; 2d procedure:
Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature, technical description of products;
Tax and State Registration Certificates, statistics codes (sealed), bank details;
Name and legal address of the manufacturer;
A sales contract (all pages sealed);
An invoice;
Product ID;
A label layout.
