Chemicals MSDS Registration

For production and distribution of the chemical products in the territory of the Eurasian Customs Union (EACU), the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shall be examined and registered in accordance with GOST 30333-2007. 

We will assist you during the examination and registration procedures of the chemicals MSDS manufactured on the territory of the EACU and abroad.

We will carry out the work for a reasonable remuneration, in the optimum time; we will also provide a flexible system of payments.    

In accordance with GOST 30333-2007, the MSDS is developed for the following chemical products

1. a substance;

2. a mixture;

3. a material;

4. industrial wastes

In accordance with GOST 30333-2007, the MSDS for the following types of products is unnecessary:

1. Minerals in occurrence;

2. Finished drugs;

3. Finished perfumery and cosmetic products;

4. Emitting, nuclear and radioactive substances;

5. Finished food products;

6. Chemical products manufactured according to the confidential nomenclature;

7. Products that do not change their chemical composition, state of aggregation and do not release chemicals into the environment in concentrations that can have a harmful effect on the health and property of citizens, state or municipal property, or the environment.

Information Note On the MSDS Unnecessity

In case the products are not subject to GOST 30333-2007, we will receive the Information Note on the MSDS Unnecessity. 

Documents Required for All Chemical Products:

1. A covering letter on the letterhead of the entity, on whose behalf the payment is made and a set of documents is submitted 

2. A power of attorney to submit documents for registration in the event that a person submitting the documents and a person in whose name a product is registered are different  

3. An application 

4. A product Composition Note

5. A double-sided cover sheet of the established sample 

6. A text of MSDS 

7. A regulatory document on products (GOST, TU, STO, OST) (a copy with stitched and numbered pages) 

8. Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, expert opinions, etc. (if any) 

9. Payment order 

 

Documents Required for Imported Chemical Products: 

1. A covering letter on the letterhead of the entity, on whose behalf the payment is made and a set of documents is submitted 

2. A power of attorney to submit documents for registration in the event that a person submitting the documents and a person in whose name a product is registered are different 

3. An application

4. A product Composition Note 

5. A double-sided cover sheet of the established sample 

6. A text of MSDS 

7. in English and Russian

9. Notification about the packaging; warranty period of storage and shelf life of products

10. Technical Datasheet 

11. Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, expert opinions, etc. (if any)

Documents Required for Water Treatment Chemicals:

1. A covering letter on the letterhead of the entity, on whose behalf the payment is made and a set of documents is submitted 

2. A power of attorney to submit documents for registration in the event that a person submitting the documents and a person in whose name a product is registered are different 

3.  An application 

4. A product Composition Note 

5. A double-sided cover sheet of the established sample 

6.  A text of MSDS 

7. A regulatory document on products (GOST, TU, STO, OST) (a copy with stitched and numbered pages) 

8. Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, expert opinions, etc. (if any) 

9. A state registration certificate 

10. An expert opinion on the compliance of products with the Unified Sanitary, Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements of Russia (1 copy);

1. A covering letter on the letterhead of the entity, on whose behalf the payment is made and a set of documents is submitted 

2. A power of attorney to submit documents for registration in the event that a person submitting the documents and a person in whose name a product is registered are different 

3. An application

4. A product Composition Note 

5. A double-sided cover sheet of the established sample

6. A text of MSDS (download) 

7. A regulatory document on products (GOST, TU, STO, OST) (a copy with stitched and numbered pages) 

8. A permit for the constant use of explosives 

9. Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, expert opinions, etc. (if any)
